I haven't been around because I have been feeling rubbish.
Pleurisy has taken up residence in my lungs, Abi has been in full play mode and tiredness has turned her into a raging, tired monster, and just to make sure that this weekend will be really great she is at the leavers party now, so she'll be tired and emotional.
Livi has had a cold for two weeks and is grumpy.
Johnny ran into a large, metal edged sign, gave himself two fat lips and knocked of the bottom of his front tooth, which is an adult one. He and Ed spent last evening in A+E last night and is on monster painkillers and anti-inflammatories.
Work has been great but I am shattered and am looking forward to the summer holiday.
So that is why I haven't been around much this week.

Oh, honey. Been leaving you in peace because I suspected you were up to your eyes in phlegm and tired kiddoes. Hang in there. Get some Bach Flower remedy OLIVE for extreme tiredness or ELM for being overwhelmed. Or both. hey can be taken together.

PS Bunny go ther letter yeterday!!! She was SO excited and is already planning her next letter! Does Livi want a picture of Bunny in thr next letter?

Melissa, it is par for the course at this time of year with Ed being away and my end of term being a week and a half after the childrens', it is the extra stuff that is wearing me out!
Yes, Boots or any good health food shop. I think Boots tends to have a full range, but some ony have Rescue Remedy (which you should be inhaling right now too!).
