Dinner tonight is Jerusalem mix.
Spice mix of kidney, liver and chicken heart. It should have lambs testicles in too but they are hard to come by!
The kids should love it.
I have the normal version - beef and chicken in the same sauce.
Ed is cooking by the way. If it were me it would be cheese omelettes all round!

ugh. . . what the hell? No pancreas, intestines or gall bladder available???
Pancreas bits are next week. Apparently the glands attatched are what sweetbreads are. Brains are being sourced too. Tongues can often be found floating in a bowl in the kitchen too. Do you have any idea how big a cow tongue is? Huge, is the answer and my kids would say, the bigger the better.
I did see a recipe for calf intestine. I just hope Ed didn't fancy it!
Oooh, save me a pancreas. My boy needs one!
